Do you have a physical location?
Unfortunately we do not, but it is a big dream of ours to have a brick-and-mortar location in the future! Right now, Jack and Nick's is exclusively an e-commerce business.
What is your processing time for orders?
We normally process orders within five business days. We usually do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment processing may be delayed by a few days. Should there be a significant delay in processing of your order, we will contact you via email.
What services do you use for shipping?
We utilize ground and economy services with the United States Postal Service, Federal Express, and United Parcel Service, which are chosen at checkout. We will do our very best to honor your selection, and contact you directly if we need to use an alternate shipping method.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You may follow the link provided or use the tracking number on our Order Tracking page. Alternately, you can also use the number to get more detailed information on actual carrier's website.
Do you ship internationally?
We apologize, but we do not ship any orders outside of the 48 contiguous United States.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes we do! It is scheduled by appointment only. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details on how to arrange local pickup in the Denver metro area.
Why does the item I ordered look different?
The item you receive may look slightly different than what you ordered. Please understand that images, dimensions, and material content (when available) of products have been provided by the wholesaler and/or manufacturer. Due to mass manufacturing practices and techniques, the actual product you receive will likely have variations in size, color, design, texture, finishing, and assembly from what is presented in our online store. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy available. Please note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, there is a 10% restocking fee for each item, the amount of which will be deducted from any refund due. More detailed information can be found in our Return and Refund Policy.
